The Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable's Office has 52 sworn full-time deputies, a sworn reserve deputies division, and civilian staff. The office provides civil process service, Justice of the Peace Pct. 5 bailiff duties, School Resource Officers for Magnolia Independent School District, 24/7 proactive patrol (including Toll-Road and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement), Criminal Investigations, K-9, Special Response Team (SRT), Special Response Group (SRG), Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), Swift Water Rescue Operations, and a Drone Program.
